If for any reason you are not fully satisfied within 30 days of purchasing the Suckbucket™ air-evacuating wastebasket, you are welcome to return it for a full purchase price credit to your charge card. Full purchase price is the price of the product and does not include the original shipping, handling and tax amounts. Subject to the product being received in good condition (a condition that reasonably allows like-new refurbishing), Suckbucket Products Company LLC will promptly credit your original charge card account.

This Limited Warranty is the only warranty for your Suckbucket™ product. There are no other expressed or implied warranties.

The manufacturer warrants that your product is free of defects in materials and workmanship and will, at its option, repair or replace any defective component that is returned to it. This warranty runs for 90 days from the original date of purchase.

Normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty. This warranty applies to consumer use only, and is void when the product is used in a commercial or institutional setting. This warranty is also void if the product has been subject to accident, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance or repair, or unauthorized modification.
